To obtain the subject elastomeric composition improved in moldability and processability by including a specific fluorine-containing elastomer, a specific silane coupling agent, a crosslinking agent and inorganic filler.
This elastomeric composition comprises (A) a fluorine-containing elastomer comprising tetrafluoroethylene, a perfluoro(alkylvinyl ether) having a 1-5C alkyl group and a cyano group-containing perfluorovinyl ether, (B) a silane coupling agent of formula I or II {R are 1-5C alkyl or alkoxy groups which may contain ether bond in the chain and two or more groups of R are alkoxy groups; A is a 1-10C alkyl to which one or more functional groups such as amino and mercapto are bonded; R1 is N or the like to which carbonyl or sulfonyl which may contain RF (RF is a 1-10C perfluoroalkyl)] in the chain is bonded; B is C-C bond for directly bonding R1 to RF, formula III, formula IV or the like, (C) a crosslinking agent and (D) inorganic filler.
