Abstract:
To provide an emulsifier that can stably emulsify a fluorine oil in water, and to provide a highly stable in-water fluorine-based oil type emulsion composition using the same.
The polyurethane used for the emulsifier is obtained by preparing an adduct by performing reaction of a fluorine-containing epoxy compound (a) having one epoxy group in a molecule with a water soluble polyalkylene glycol (b) having a hydroxyl group in both terminals of each molecular chain, then performing reaction of the adduct with an organic diisocyanate (c).
