Abstract:

PURPOSE: To recover and charge fluorocarbon by one unit by providing a switching valve in a recovery conduit connected from a manifold to a separating unit, and switching to connect a charging conduit for introducing liquid fluorocarbon from a liquid cylinder in a regeneration unit to the recovery conduit.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of recovering fluorocarbon, a manifold 10 is connected to high and low pressure tubes of a refrigerant circuit, a switching valve 13 is switched to a position 13a, and a compressor 5 is driven. The fluorocarbon gas from a refrigerant circuit is introduced into a recovery conduit 14, impurities are removed by a separating unit 3, it is liquefied by a heat exchanging oil separator 25, and recovered to a liquid cylinder 43. If the liquid fluorocarbon recovered to the cylinder 43 is charged into other refrigerant circuit, the manifold 10 is connected to the refrigerant circuit to be charged with the fluorocarbon, the valve 13 is switched to a position 13c, the compressor 5 is driven, the circuit is pressure-reduced, the valve 13 is switched to a position 13b to connect a charging conduit 61 to the circuit, thereby filling the liquid.
