To keep the heat resistance and chemical resistance of a fluoropolymer and to especially enable the melt flow to a metal to improve adhesiveness by forming the title laminated product from a fluoropolymer resin having a functional group and a high temp.-resistant thermoplastic resin adhesion accelerator.

A fluoropolymer laminated product is formed from a fluoropolymer having a functional group and a high temp.-resistant thermoplastic(HTRP) adhesion accelerator. A pref. functional group is -SO2F and -CH2-Z and as -Z, -OH, -O-(CO)-NH2 or -OP(O)(OH)2 is especially pref. The content of the HTRP adhesion accelerator is set to 0.5-10 wt.%. The fluoropolymer resin is set to a copolymer of TFE having one or a plurality of copolymerizable monomers selected from 3-8C perfluoroolefin and 1-5C straight chain or branched alkyl group-containing perfluoro(alkylvinyl ether).
