To improve responsiveness of flight control.SOLUTION: A flying device 1 includes a body part 10 and thrusters 31, 32, 33, 34. The thrusters 31, 32, 33, 34 respectively include: upper side propellers 71, 72, 73, 74 rotating about a drive shaft 102; and lower side propellers 81, 82, 83, 84 rotating about a drive shaft 122 set on an extension line of the drive shaft 102.
