PURPOSE: To provide a reaction system for providing a reaction injection molded elastomer having physical properties of high level with a general device which consists of a specified modified polyisocyanate, and an NCO reactive component consisting of an imino functional compound and an enamine-contained compound.
CONSTITUTION: This reaction system consists of (A) a polyisocyanate component with a molecular weight of 600 or more represented by the formula, Tm(R)n [T is a chain having 30 or more atoms; (m) is 1 or more; R is NCO-contained group; (n) is 2 or more; at least one of the group R is a chain 2-30 atoms containing two or more mutually separated NCO groups, and the total of the group R is less than 50 wt.% of the whole molecule] and (B) an NCO reactive component containing an imino functional compound and/or an enamine- contained compound. Examples of the component A include allophanate modified polyisocyanate obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate and a high molecular weight polyol.
