Title:
FOAMABLE HEAT-RESISTANT LAMINATED BODY AND ITS FORMING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218359
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a foamable fire-resistant laminated body which is comprised of a main material layer and protective and finishing layer, maintains a fine sight for a long period even in the outdoor, displays excellent durability and water resistance, foaming and carbonizing actions of the main material are not hindered by the protective and finishing layer at the time of a temperature rise such as a fire and expected excellent fire-resistant capacity is displayed.
CONSTITUTION: A protective and finishing layer which protects a main material layer at the normal time and generates thermal decomposition at the foaming temperature of the main material layer or lower at the time of a fire is laminated on the main material layer comprised of a foamable fire-resistant material which is foamed when a surrounding temperature is attained to a fixed foaming temperature by the fire and performs generation of an incombustible gas and formation of a carbonized heat insulation layer.
