To provide a foamed polystyrene resin container having a superior adiabatic performance hardly producing some phenomena in which an effective air bubble diameter of the foamed material is not attained while the air bubble diameter of the foamed material is changed as a time elapses just after manufacturing the same even though an adiabatic performance of a foamed polystyrene resin molded member shows the best adiabatic effect with an air bubble diameter of the foamed material having a specified mean arch length.
There are provided a foamed polystyrene resin container and a foamed polystyrene resin fish box showing a superior adiabatic performance manufactured by a method for manufacturing a foamed styrene resin particle in which a specified amount of fatty bisamide, polyethylene wax, MBS and styrene-butadiene copolymer acting as air bubble adjuster agent is contained in copolymer system when foamed polystyrene resin particle is manufactured. Its feature consists in the fact that a mean arch length of air bubbles at a cutting plane of the foamed molded member is in a range of 80 to 170 μm.
