Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming aerosol composition which forms a form which is excellent in foam quality, easy to spread, and excellent in applying powders homogeneously, even if many oleaginous bases and/or powders are contained.SOLUTION: A foaming aerosol composition contains an oil component containing an oleaginous base and a lipophilic surfactant, aqueous component containing water and a hydrophilic surfactant and an undiluted solution containing powders, and a foaming agent.
