Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foaming powdered drink forming cappuccino-like foam when being dissolved in hot water and excellent in dissolubility.
SOLUTION: This foaming powdered drink excellent in dissolubility and having slight powder float when foaming is obtained by granulating poorly dissoluble powdered milk among the constitutive raw materials with at least one kind of the other materials and substituting a high degree sweetner for at least a part of sucrose.
