Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focal plane shutter that suppresses a variation of exposure period due to a change in temperature, and an optical device, and an electric current adjustment method of the focal plane shutter.SOLUTION: The focal plane shutter comprises: a mechanism unit that includes a substrate having an aperture, and a front blade and a rear blade capable of opening and closing the aperture; and a front blade actuator and a rear blade actuator that actuate the front blade and the rear blade, respectively, and include a front blade coil and a rear blade coil, respectively. A value of electric current value flowing through at least one of the front blade coil and the rear blade coil is adjusted so that a variation of one of a front blade run-up period and a rear blade run-up period caused by a change in temperature corresponds to a variation of the other.
