PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focus detection unit that allows high-precision angle adjustment thereof while avoiding the use of a large camera.SOLUTION: A body has a first butting portion located between an adjustment screw and a stepped screw aligned in a Y-direction, and a second butting portion located at a position that is identical, in an X-direction, to an X-directional position of the stepped screw, where the first butting portion has a shape of an arc centered on a rotational center in the X-direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2(a)
