Abstract:
PURPOSE: To save energy by heightening the efficiency of fog removal from the space over the road and also reducing the power consumption.
CONSTITUTION: A blower chamber 3 consisting of an air suction hole 4, fog eliminator 5, blower 6, water warming coil 7, and air blowout hole 8 is provided in the middle of a fence 2 installed on each side of a road, and thereby a fog removing system for a road is formed, wherein the arrangement of the blower chamber 3 is such that the air over the road surface surrounded by the fences is introduced to the suction hole 4, and also the blowout hole 8 is arranged as facing down. Also a cogeneration system 13 is furnished which consists of an engine 10, a power generator 11, and a heat exchanger 12 provided in association with the engine. The blower 6 is driven by the power generated by the generator and the exhausted heat, and also with the heat the fog elimination effect is ensured.
