Sliding cylinder parts 7, 7 fitted with casters 8, 8 are vertically movable fitted around the fixed stands 6, 6 and lever links 9-12 for moving the sliding cylinder parts 7, 7 vertically along the fixed stands 6, 6 by means of an intermediate link 20 raised and lowered by operation of an operating part are disposed within the legs. The sliding cylinder parts 7, 7 are raised to ground the fixed stands 6, 6. The sliding cylinder parts 7, 7 are lowered to enable the table to travel with the casters 8, 8.
