Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink transport device by which dishes with food and drink can smoothly move along a curve, even if a branching lane using a roller conveyor has a curve.SOLUTION: In the transport device, rollers are arranged along a transportation path which is formed by a food and drink transport conveyor reaching guest seats from the kitchen side of a restaurant. The device has a transport roller group that branches from the transportation path to form a down grade branching lane. The respective rollers that are arranged at least in a part having a curved path in the branching lane are divided left and right across the center line of the path, with the left and right rollers independently and freely rotatably structured in the food and drink transport device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
