PURPOSE: To obtain the titled readily producible food and capable of reconstituting in a microwave oven in a short time, by placing grains together with water in a heat-resistant and microwave penetrable container, heating the grains and water, cooling the cooked grains with the container and packaging the afore-mentioned container.
CONSTITUTION: For example, rice and water are placed in a cup 1 made of polypropylene and heated to add curry roux 3 onto the resultant cooked rice 2. The cooked rice with the cup 1 made of polypropylene is cooled to close the container opening with a sealing lid 5 and packaged to afford the aimed tasty food, having good appearance and capable of eliminating damage of rice grains without requiring operation to transfer the cooked rice to a container for the product.
