Abstract:
To mainly provide a catalyst having high versatility by additionally developing the catalyst and more specifically to provide a hygienic food factory which utilizes the excellent sterilizability, degradability of organic matter, etc., of the photocatalyst.
Photocatalyst function bodies are adhered to the inside surfaces of drainage ditches for passing the waste water produced in the food factory and water sumps, the cages installed in the water sumps, the floors and inner walls in the food factory, plastic curtains, the inside surfaces of hoods for discharging vapor, etc.
