Abstract:
To provide a food freshness preserving system capable of providing food with high freshness and suppressing the amount of food to be disposed of.
This foods freshness preserving system 100 preserves the freshness of the foods F circulatively conveyed for being served to drinking and eating customers and is provided with a circulating conveyance passage 2 and a conditioning air supply part 4. The circulating conveyance passage 2 is the conveyance passage for mounting the foods F and circulatively conveys the foods F. The conditioning air supply part 4 supplies the conditioned conditioning air to the circulating conveyance passage 2.
