Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a food material in high efficiency, smoothly deliver the material without causing the breakage, clogging, tilting, etc., of the food material and surely confirm the set state of the material and the presence of the material.
SOLUTION: This food material transfer apparatus is provided with a holding part 100 for holding a plurality of food materials stacked one upon another in a state folded into two by directly and slantly placing the food materials on each stage of right and left spirals 57, 58 having helical directions opposite to each other, a driving part 200 to rotate the spirals 57, 58 in opposite directions at the same speed through a connection mechanism such as a spiral holder 60 and a joint 62, a transfer part 300 to slip off the food materials fallen from the lowermost stages of the spirals 57, 58, a cutting part 400 to cut a single food material from the food materials at the delivery end of the transfer part 300 and a transfer part 500 to receive the food material cut by the cutting part 400 and dropping toward a transfer mechanism 89.
