The food processing apparatus comprises the cylindrical rotor 1 rotating about the shaft center in the horizontal direction as the center, and is composed so that the object foods X and the like are processed in the interior of the rotor 1 while the plurality of mutually sticking object foods X and the like are charged through a charging port 10 provided on the side of on one end in the horizontal direction of the rotor 1 into the interior of the rotor 1, and the object foods X and the like are released from a releasing port 11 provided on the side of the other end in the horizontal direction of the rotor 1 by rotating the rotor 1. In the food processing apparatus, the rotor 1 has a plurality of chambers 12 and the like in the interior so as to divide the object foods X and the like into a plurality of groups for processing.
