Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing device capable of improving sharpness of a cutting blade by thinning it, preventing breakage of the cutting blade, and exchanging easily the blade, when cutting vertically a tubular fish paste, and requiring low operation cost.SOLUTION: A food processing device 10 includes a guide shaft 15 to be inserted into a hole H of a tubular fish paste T, a cutting blade 14 for cutting the tubular fish paste T, each holding part 11b, 11c of a blade holder 11 for holding and fixing the cutting blade 14 so that the cutting blade 14 forms an acute angle with respect to the guide shaft 15, and a support part 16b of an expansion guide 16 mounted and fixed to the guide shaft 15, for abutting on and supporting the blade tip of the cutting blade 14.
