Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held type cutter such as a circular saw, for which an adjustment to be performed by the turning operation of a lever is easy.SOLUTION: A circular saw 1 comprises: a lever 44 for allowing the oscillation (or the rotational transfer) of a body 6 when turned into a release attitude; and a torsion spring 60 for energizing the lever 44. The lever 44 takes, in the release attitude, a state, in which the center of gravity establishes a lag in a rotation operation direction (backward) with respect to a rotation center relating to the rotation operation. The torsion spring 60 energizes the lever 44 in the (forward) direction opposite to the lag (backward) direction of the center of gravity of the lever 44.
