Abstract:
PURPOSE: To output a form overlay pattern by comparing a size of an output area for outputting output information with a size of an output area of form information stored in memory means, and editing in response to a comparison result.
CONSTITUTION: A method for outputting in an outputting unit 101 for generating and outputting output information based on input information 213 to be input from a data source 201 comprises the steps of comparing a size of an output area for outputting the output information with a size of the output area of the form information stored in memory means 206 by a CPU 208. The CPU 208 edits at least one of the output and form information. The CPU 208 outputs a form overlay pattern based on both the information not edited in the editing step and the other information not edited.
