A blower 36 for blowing, a heater 38 for heating air from the blower 36, and a humidifier 40 for humidifying are arranged, thereby supplying humidified warm blow to the storage chamber 28. Foot rests 30, 32 to place the feet are arranged in the storage chamber 28 and an electric heater 34 for heating the foot rests 30, 32 is arranged. A bath tube chamber 22 is divided into a generation chamber 26 and the storage chamber 28 with the use of an erected partitioning board 24, which is formed by bending and enclosing the toe sides of the foot rests 30, 32.
