To easily control an initial twisting angle of a torsion coil spring without a tool in a ball shooting device.
The game ball shooting device includes: an arm side spring table 22 in which the other end of the torsion coil spring 18 is locked through a shooting force control knob 26, and the torsion coil spring is compressed in the axial direction and fixed to the other end side of a rotating shaft; a cam follower 24 rotatably supported on the arm side spring table; and a cam 24 abutting on the cam follower to move backward the shooting arm against the energizing force of the torsion coil spring and released from abutting on the cam follower at a predetermined position. The shooting force control knob has a bar-like part 26A, an enlarged part 26B connected thereto, and a locked part 26C to which the other end of the torsion coil spring is locked, a main groove part 28 where the bar-like part is slidable and a plurality of sub-groove parts 30A-30E is formed to penetrate from the surface to the back on the arm side spring table, and recessed parts 32A-32E to which the enlarged part 26B is fitted is formed on the back of each of the sub-groove parts.
