Abstract:
To provide a foot part training device which strengthens a lower half part of a human body without excessive burden on the human body by mounting ball rollers thereon.
A heel base 1 is formed and a ball roller 2 turning freely is mounted at the center of the front undersurface of the heel base 1. Ball rollers 3 and 3 turning freely are mounted in parallel on the undersurface at the center part of the heel base 1 and a ball roller 4 turning freely is mounted at the center of the rear undersurface of the heel base 1. A belt part 5 is formed through a belt joint 6 and both ends of the belt part 5 are mounted on the right and left sides of the heel base 1.
