Abstract:
A force sense display device of a medical robot system that displays an external force acting on at least one of a surgical tool and a slave device supporting the surgical tool such that the external force is perceptible to an operator includes an input portion, an image generator, and an output portion. The input portion receives input of measurement signals of external forces measured at points on at least one of the surgical tool and the slave device. The image generator generates image information for displaying information of the external force as an image in association with a point, at which the external force is measured, in a second display region different from a first display region, in which information on operation of the surgical tool is displayed, based on the measurement signal. The output portion outputs the generated image information to a display portion displaying the image information.
