PURPOSE: To prevent a user from forgetting to reset a forced operation switch.
CONSTITUTION: A control substrate 1 has a microcomputer 1a, a remote control input terminal 1b and a control input terminal 1c. A remote controller 2 by which operating instruction and room temperature value are set is connected to the remote control terminal 1b. A switch 3 by which forced cooling and heating operations are instructed is connected to the control input terminal 1c. The microcomputer 1a has a first timer TM1 which counts a first time 1 and a second timer TM2 which counts a second time t2 (<t1). When forced cooling or heating operation is started according to the instruction of the switch 3, the timers TM1 and TM2 begin time-counting. When the microcomputer 1a judges that the first timer TM1 finishes counting the first lime t1, time microcomputer 1a stops forced cooling or heating operation and restores normal operation.
