Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of an element selecting means which is provided on a fault detection side and consists of a plurality of switches and standardize a fault detecting relay board.
SOLUTION: An element selection unit 12' which selects a plurality (m) of main detecting elements and a plurality (n) of fault detecting elements in a software manner and a main detection forced operation switch SWM are provided on a main detection side. An AND 14 which outputs a signal when a signal is inputted from the switch SWM under a condition that a main detecting element selection signal is inputted from the element selection unit 12' and a transmission unit 13 which transmits a fault detecting element selection signal from the element selection unit 12' to a fault detecting relay 2 side are provided in a main detecting relay 1. A fault detection forced operation switch SWF is provided on the fault detecting relay 2 side. A transmission signal reception unit 23 and an AND 24 which outputs a signal when a signal is inputted from the switch SWF under a condition that a fault detecting element selection signal is inputted from the reception unit 23 are provided in the fault detecting relay 2. The outputs of the AND 14 and the AND 24 are outputted through logic circuits 15 and 16 and logic circuits 25 and 26 respectively.
