Title:
CONTROLLER OF REFRIGERATOR WITH FREEZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3584602
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stable rotation to the fluctuation in the load torque by controlling the time from the reference rotational position in the rotor rotational period of a sensorless DC brushless motor to the appropriate energization control timing of the energizing phase as the energization control timing.
SOLUTION: A pulse delay means 2 receives the output of a rotor position detecting means 1, and calculates the timing delayed by the time corresponding to a prescribed electrical angle from the period of the zero-cross pint (the reference rotational position) of energization phases 8, 9, 10. The delay pulse train is generated as the energization timing signal of each phase. An energization control generating means 3 obtains and outputs the generation timing of the energization control signal corresponding the delay pulse train from the pulse delay means 2 to the pulse train from the rotor position detecting means 1. Even when the load torque is different to the rotational angel, and the rotational speed is fluctuated, the optimum energization switching timing is obtained and the efficiency of the motor is improved.
