Abstract:

To accurately forecast the vibration characteristics of a tire by accurately obtaining dynamic elastic modulus of a component member of the rolling tire in forecasting the vibration characteristics of the tire with FEM.

The forecasting method of the vibration characteristics of the tire has a process of preparing a tire shape model which indicates a forecasted tire of which the vibration characteristic is forecasted, a process of using the characteristic distribution of the dynamic elastic modulus which is obtained by measuring a sample of the component member of the tire in advance corresponding to a finite element to obtain dynamic elastic modulus of the component members of the rolling tire and to apply the dynamic elastic modulus as a material constant of the finite element, a process of performing inner pressure charge calculation and grounding deformation calculation for the tire model, a process of obtaining at least mass matrix and rigidity matrix which indicate the deformed tire model, a process of performing dynamic calculation of the tire model by using the obtained matrixes, and a process of forecasting the vibration characteristic based on the result of the dynamic calculation.
