Title:
FOREIGN MATER DETECTING ELEMENT FOR WINDOW OF AUTOMOBILE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1136701
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely detect even a slight pushing pressure in a foreign matter detecting element for a window of an automobile. SOLUTION: Foreign matter detecting elements 1 for the window of an automobile is constituted with a hollow buckling body and at least two contacts (a compression switch of a float contact method) being freely separating and contacting in a direction where a pushing force is applied in a buckling body. By the buckling deformation of the buckling body, any exponential increase in pressure applied by the displacement of a foreign matter can be eliminated compared to the case of use of a foreign matter detecting element of a pressure- sensitive type rubber compared to the conventional example, and a bucking body is easily deformed even by a small pushing pressure, so that the contacts can be reliably connected each other and the detection accuracy of a foreign matter clamped can be improved.
