To provide a forklift that has a constitution having an improved front visual field and has a lift interlocking means at a position where another matter hardly contacts with it and appearance is good.

An inner frame lifting means 15 is located at the back of the rear surface of an inner frame 13 and disposed between an outer frame 9 and the inner frame, and the lift interlocking means 18 is disposed between a mast 6 and a lift bracket 17. The lift interlocking means comprises an idling wheel body 19 which is located above the outer frame and provided in the inner frame side and a cable-like body 20 wound on the idling wheel body. One end of the cable-like body is connected to the outer frame side, and the other end is connected to the lift bracket side. The part of the cable-like body between it and the outer frame is located at the back of the rear surface of the outer frame, and the part of the cable-like body between it and the lift bracket is located in front of the front surface of the outer frame and in the lateral width of the outer frame. Therefore, the cable-like body receives the coming another matter with the outer surface of the outer frame, allows another matter to hardly contact with it, and can be arranged at the position having good appearance. The inner frame lifting means can be arranged at the back of the rear surface of the inner frame and closely to the rear surface, and the front visual field can be further improved.
