Abstract:
To provide a form apparatus which is not needed to be remade in accordance with changes in height of the rising part and the thickness, whose cost and labor can be decreased, which is easily demolded, and with which concrete can be fed at an accurate height.
A form apparatus 1 is provided with a bottom form panel 3, one side form panel 4 stood on one side end of the bottom form panel 3 and the other side form panel 6 stood so as to make it face to one side form panel 4 above the bottom form panel 3 and one side form panel 4 and the other side form panel 6 are freely movable or fixed in the direction intersecting the face and distances from their top ends to the top face of the bottom form panel 3 are changable.
