A form issue device includes first storage means for storing business form formats of a business form having the same layout each of which defines the layout and a single font to be used when issuing a business form for multiple fonts, first input means for receiving input of business form designation information designating a business form to be issued, selection means for selecting a single business form format to be used for the issuance from the business form formats for multiple fonts corresponding to the layout of the business form designated by the business form designation information, and business form printing means for printing the business form designated by the business form designation information by using the business form format selected by the selection means.
