Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form which can prevent the occurrence of internal stress in self-shrinkage of a cement-based mixed material and which can degassing internal bubbles, and a manufacturing method for a concrete structure.
SOLUTION: A vessel is molded by using: a form 11 which comprises a plate material 2 and a degassing sheet 31 provided on the surface of the plate material 2, and composed of a structure of three layers, that is, a film layer 311, an air absorbing sheet 312 and a perforated film layer 313; a form 12 which comprises the plate material 2 and a deformation following sheet 4 provided on the surface of the plate material 2, and composed of a film layer 41 and a soft board 42; or a form 13 which is composed of the plate material 2, a degassing sheet 32 and the sheet 4. The cement-based mixed material 5 is infilled into the vessel, and the form 11 or the form 13 is installed in the ceiling of the vessel, so that the concrete structure 6 can be manufactured.
