Abstract:

To provide a form panel capable of making a surface of a structure get akin to a smooth curved face, even when the structure is large or small.

This form panel 1B includes a bendable rectangular base plate 2, and a pair of parallel end ribs 6, 7 extended along the third and fourth sides 2c, 2d orthogonal to the first and the second sides 2a, 2b of the base plate in parallel each other, the base plate 2 is formed of a material capable of curving-deforming the first and the second sides, and the first and the second sides is constituted not to extend the end ribs along the first and the second sides. The first and the second sides are easily and optionally bendable inwards and outwards, because the no end rib exists in the first and the second sides, and the first and the second sides can be made akin to the smooth curved face. Consequently, the surface of the structure is made akin to the smooth curved face, irrespective of a size of the structure, and versatility of the form panel is enhanced thereby.
