To provide a lightweight recyclable plastic form for placing concrete, which has good workability and high durability, prevents concrete leakage, and allows the use of a fitting for a form, used for a conventional wooden form.
This plastic form 30 for placing the concrete has: a hollow sheathing board part 32 whose one side serves as a concrete placing surface 31; and a hollow side plate part 33 which is bent at a right angle from both side edges of the board part 32 to the other side of the surface 31 of the board part 32. In the form 30, protruding strip parts 40, which are elongated in a vertical direction, are protrusively provided on an outside surface 38 of the plate part 33; one side surface of one of the strip parts 40 is made flush with the surface 31; and each of notched grooves 41 is formed in the same position in the strip part 40 so as to be orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the strip part 40.
