Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the construction cost for a road by connecting the shaped members each of which is previously fabricated in a factory and has the sectional surface of a drain ditch and is made of waterproof laminated paper and joining the shaped members by joining the edge parts and fitting the shaped members into the temporary drain ditch excavated on a road surface. CONSTITUTION:A temporary drain ditch 3 having a V-shaped section is excavated along a road 2 under construction. The V-shaped ditch is formed by a waterproof laminated paper in multilayer form which is obtained by joining a plurality of paraffin impregnated paper with an adhesive, and a shaped member 6 having the dimension (1mX4m or so) permitting the easy construction transportation is fabricated in a factory. The edge parts of the shaped members 6 are joined, and fitted into the temporary drain ditch 3, and a weight 7 is placed, and then the construction of the temporary drain ditch is completed. Therefore, the construction at job site is facilitated, and the temporary drain ditch can be formed at a low cost.
