PURPOSE: To obtain a temporary drain ditch shaped member which is free from the need of removal after the completion of construction and permits the simple construction by shaping a protective sheet for the temporary drain ditch excavated on a road surface into the shape of the sectional surface of the drain ditch, from a laminated paper which is formed by laminating a plurality of paraffin impregnated paper.

CONSTITUTION: A shaped member 6 having the section fitted with the V-shaped section of a drain ditch is previously fabricated in a factory from a waterproof laminated paper which is formed by laminating a plurality of paraffin impregnated paper 4 through an adhesive 5. The shaped members 6 are fitted into a temporary drain ditch and connected by superposing the edge parts, and a drain ditch is formed. Therefore, the construction at the site is made simple, and since the shaped member 6 is gradually weathered and dispersed after the completion of construction, and vanished even if removal is not carried out, the labour for removal is omitted, and construction cost can be reduced.
