Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the initial foaming without deteriorating the foaming efficiency of a mortar slurry for lightweight cellular concrete.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises 100 pts.wt. aluminum powder, 0.5-15 pts.wt. organic phosphoric acid ester compound having ≥30°C melting point and 1 or 2 acidic OH groups, 1-15 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant, 5-70 pts.wt. solvent having alcoholic OH group and 0-70 pts.wt. hydrocarbon- based solvent.
