PURPOSE: To form a concrete block in a desired position, an internally threaded member and other fittings of which are provided, without making and closing mounting holes on the casting surface of a concrete form.

CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 16 is attractively fixed to the casting surface 14 of a concrete form 12. At the same time, an internally threaded member 18 is fixingly held on the casting surface 14 by utilizing a magnetic force of the permanent magnet 16. Under the condition just mentioned above, concrete 20 is cast in the form 12. When the form 12 is opened after the curing of the concrete 20, the permanent magnet 16 remains on the casting face 14 side, while the internally threaded member 18 separates from the permanent magnet 16, resulting in allowing to obtain a concrete panel equipped with the internally threaded member 18.
