Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the utilization efficiency of a beltlike core material having width narrower than the external size of the core by punching a core plate from the beltlike core material and punching insufficient sections from the excessive section of the beltlike core material.

CONSTITUTION: When punching the core plate of the laminated core of the rotary electrical machinery and apparatus, the diameter of the external shape of one layer of a stator laminated core thereof is R, the core plate 31 with an external shape, the opposed one section of an external outer circumferential section thereof are insufficient, is punched from the beltlike core material 3, plate width thereof is W3(R). Core pieces 33a, 33b are punched from the excessive section 32 of the beltlike core material formed between core plate punched section at the same time as or after the core plate 31 is punched. The core plate 31 and the core pieces 33a, 33b are combined and laminated, and the stator core is shaped.
