A foundation structure of an outdoor structure includes: a foundation section 2 of the outdoor structure; an impermeable continuous underground improvement wall 1 which comprises a continuous exterior wall constructed below the foundation section and in shallow ground and forming an outer periphery, and an interior wall for dividing the inside, surrounded by the exterior wall, into a plurality of chambers; a permeable layer 3 which is constructed on the whole surface between the foundation section 2 and the impermeable continuous underground improvement wall 1; and a permeable vertical pile 4 which is connected to the permeable layer 3 constructed on the ground of at least one of the plurality of chambers divided by the interior wall.
