Title:
FOUR-PORT REACTANCE MATCHING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3183969
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize an inductive component and a capacitive component exactly on a microstrip line by adopting lots of S parameters in the case of matching a microwave or millimeter wave low noise amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: A 2-port reactance circuit in which a scattering matrix is optionally designed at a desired frequency is connected to ports 13, 14, 15, 16 by using a microstrip line 17 formed on a dielectric board 3 or a semiconductor board to obtain the 4-port reactance matching circuit.
