In this frame body for block pavement having divided parts divided into one or a plurality of sections each and being mutually connectable in the vertical and horizontal directions, the divided part is divided into a pavement part and a water penetration part, blocks or flowable solidifying agent can be filled into the pavement part, and the water penetration part is a part scheduled for accepting penetration of rainwater, which allows members for water penetration having different shapes to be inserted into it. The water penetration part as the part scheduled for accepting penetration of rainwater can replace the members for water penetration to use it independently for both purposes of penetration of rainwater and growing of lawn.
