PURPOSE: To secure the followability of a fish reserve to the vertical motion of wave while keeping the shape of the reserve in horizontal plane and to allow a worker to stably stand on the frame by preparing an elastic frame composed of a long flat plate containing embedded reinforcing layer and connecting a plurality of the elastic frames in the form of a polygonal ring.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom-closed cylindrical net 4 is suspended from a fish reserve frame 1 floating on water surface in nearly horizontal state. The frame 1 is composed of plural elastic frame members 2 connected with each other through joint parts 3 to form a polygonal ring keeping the broad face 21 along the water surface. The elastic frame member 2 is composed of a long flat plate containing embedded reinforcing layer 7 (made of fibers, etc.). Preferably, the reinforcing layer 7 is embedded in such a manner as to allow the bending of the elastic frame member 2 along the longitudinal direction P of the member (bending moment N) and suppress the bending along the lateral direction Q (bending moment M).
