Abstract:
To provide a rod material support structure and furniture with a top plate in which a leg and rod material can stably be fixed to a connecting member after miniaturizing the connecting member.SOLUTION: Furniture with a top plate concerning one embodiment of the present invention includes a connecting member 13 mounted on an upper end of a leg 14, and a first rod material 21 mounted to the upper end of the leg 14 through the connecting member 13. The leg 14 has a first upper base 113c and a first lower base 113a arranged in a different position in the vertical direction. The connecting member 13 has a first upper rod fixing hole 82 and a first lower rod fixing hole 81. When assuming that a distance between the first lower base 113a and the first upper base 113c is P2, the distance between the first lower rod fixing hole 81 and the first lower base 113a is P3, and the distance between the first upper rod fixing hole 82 and the first upper base 113c is P4, the distance P3 and P4 is shorter than the distance P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
