Abstract:
To improve the toughness of a building and improve the workability on a site by avoiding buckling of a wooden brace even when a large seismic force acts on the building.SOLUTION: The frame reinforcement structure includes at least one partition member 9, at least one wooden brace 8, a first joint metal 10 fixed to first members 4 and 6, and a second joint metal 13 fixed to the partition member 9. The wooden brace 8 includes a protrusion 18 on a tip surface 16. Each of the first joint metal 10 and the second joint metal 13 includes a recess 14 into which a protrusion 18 is inserted. When a side where an intersecting angle of the wooden brace 8 and the first members 4 and 6 is an acute angle and a side where an intersecting angle of the wooden brace 8 and the partition member 9 is an acute angle are defined as acute angle sides, and when a side where an intersecting angle of the first members 4 and 6 is an obtuse angle and a side where an intersecting angle of the wooden brace 8 and the partition member 9 is an obtuse angle are defined as obtuse angle sides, a side surface on the obtuse angle side of the protrusion 18 contacts an inner wall surface of the recess 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
