PURPOSE: To provide a frame structure in which controllability in manufacturing of a vehicle also serving on a track by remodeling the track is improved, and the stable quality can be always obtained when iron wheels or a turn table is fixed.

CONSTITUTION: A sub frame 6 is provided independent of main frames 2 of a body for supporting rubber tires 3a, 3b to travel on the road, iron wheels 7, 8 to travel on the track and a turn table 9 for lifting up the body in order to place it on and separate it from the track are arranged and fixed on the sub frame 6, and the sub frame 6 on which the iron wheels 7, 8 and the turn table 9 are fixed is fixed on the main frames 2.
